Terms of Service

Sports Sports Sports (“the Service”) provides MLB analytics, projections, and ranked research boards for informational purposes only. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. By using the Service you agree to use it at your own risk and to comply with all applicable laws.

You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-scrape data provided through the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data required to operate the Service: your email, billing state via PayPal, and app usage (saved plays, notes, shortlists). We do not sell personal data. Payment info is processed by PayPal and never touches our servers.

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support.

Disclaimer

All projections, edge scores, and rankings on the Service are estimates based on public data and modeling. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Sports Sports Sports does not guarantee profits, “locks,” or “risk-free” outcomes.

Statistical data is sourced from the MLB Stats API. Sportsbook odds are sourced from The Odds API and may be delayed. Users are responsible for verifying lines with their sportsbook before placing any wagers.

Refund Policy

Cancel anytime from the /account page or on paypal.com. If you cancel within 3 days of a new monthly billing cycle, we’ll issue a prorated refund upon request. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days.
